All About Me
Hi, I’m Caitlin—dietitian, mum of two, and someone who’s deeply passionate about helping others find freedom with food and feel at home in their bodies. My path into this work began with a Bachelor of Arts/Science (Politics/Physiology), followed by a Master of Dietetics, and I’ve continued to build on this foundation with specialised studies in eating disorders, ARFID & hormone health.

I believe that health has nothing to do with following rigid rules or chasing perfection. Instead, it’s about letting go of diet culture, embracing flexibility, and learning to listen to and trust your body. Whether you’re working through complex feelings around food, struggling with an eating disorder such as Binge Eating Disorder or ARFID or navigating body image challenges, I’m here to support you with compassion and understanding.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me soaking up time with my family, cooking (and eating) in the kitchen, or walking my choccy lab George. If you’re ready to work towards food freedom and a more peaceful relationship with your body, I’d love to help you on that journey.
