WILL YOU WRITE ME A MEAL PLAN?
Typically, no. I find meal plans to be quite restrictive. Instead, as your dietitian, I will work with you to find an eating pattern and foods that you enjoy to eat to best fuel your body.
WHAT DO WE DO IN SESSION?
We talk! I will ask you questions and you will ask me questions. Together, we will come up with some short-term and long-term goals and work out a way to reach them together.
WILL YOU WEIGH ME?
I do not believe that weight is the be all and end all of health. However, there may be times when your weight is an important factor to consider. In this case, there is always an option to have a blind weigh so you do not know the number.
WILL YOU HELP ME LOSE WEIGHT?
I am happy to work with you to improve your health and nutrition, however, weight will not be the focus. It is something that we can discuss in session together.
